Chocolate Chips Cookies | Home Economics

Kamusta bloggers welcome to my blog. Today in home economics we baked some chocolate chips cookies. My group made perfect cookies, we know it's good because we tested it to other students and they agreed that it's delicious and perfect.

Ingredients: 
-100g butter
-1/2 cup white sugar
-1/2 brown sugar
-1 egg
-Pinch of salt
-1/2 tsp of baking powder
-1 cup of chocolate chips

Hello everyone, we discussed Online Relationships and Real-life Relationship, on how they're same.
 
Some people might think real-life relationships is much more important/serious that online relationships because in real-life the couple physically knows each other, they can detect what their partner is doing, going out, can make them fall more in love teach other, you can communicate much more easily, you can read their body language and they can see if their partner is honest to them.

On the other hand, some people prefer online relationships because in online you can be picky if you want, you will find better matches, you will meet people outside your social circle and you don't have to wonder how to approach the other person. Are Online Relationships Good Or Bad — Steemit

The bad things about online dating, you don't know if they're being truthful or lying about stuff, they can easily cheat on you, they're probably talking to other people, not just you and you can't read their body language when they're talking to you.

Filtration Experiment

Filtration Experiment:

 

Aim: To Separate a solution from a precipitate (precipitate is the name for a solid that forms in a liquid during a chemical reaction).

Hypothesis: I think the mixture will be the same even if it's filtered

Method:  1. Pour approximately 50mL of copper sulfate solution into a beaker.

2. Add the same volume of sodium carbonate solution. A reaction will happen, you should see a cloudy blue precipitate form. Called copper carbonate. 

3. Watch demo then fold filter paper to fit inside the funnel

4. Place the funnel with the filter paper inside of it, into the mouth of a conical flask. 

5. Stir the mixture in the beaker, then carefully pour it into the funnel. 

6. Observe what happened.


Equipment:

Sodium carbonate


Copper sulfate


Conical flask


Stirring Rod


200mL Beaker


Funnel


Filter paper

 
Observations and Discussion: After mixing the copper sulfate and the sodium carbonate solution, the mixture turned very bluish. After putting the mixture to the filtrate, the filtered mixture turned white/clear liquid while the filtered paper had some blue residue left.
