Hurumanu - Decomposing and Recycling


Aim: To learn about the rate that different materials decompose.

Hypothesis: I think that the first one that will be decomposed is banana, the second is bread, the third is styrofoam and the last one is paper

Materials:

  1.   Banana
  2.   Bread
  3.   Styrofoam
  4.   Paper 
  5.   Test tube rack
  6.   4 test rack
  7.   Test tube locker
Steps:
  1.  Get all the stuff you needed
  2.  Put 4 pieces of banana on the test tube  
  3.  Put the bread on the test tube
  4.   Put the paper in the test tube
  5.   Put the styrofoam on the test tube 
  6.   Put all the test tube in the test tube rack
  7.   Put water in the bread and the banana 
  8.   Cover the test tube using a test tube locker
