fitness testing, like:
- Beep test
- Sit and reach
- Sit-ups
- Vertical Jump
- Grip strength
So the first one that we have done is the beep test. The measurement of the place that we are gonna run is 20 meters. We need to stay behind the cones and then when we heard a beep from the speaker we need to run to the other side of the court and then when the beep start and the student did not reach the other side they're out. My score on the beep test is 3.5 and 4.1
On the second fitness test that we have done is vertical jump we have to see how far I can jump. The third one that we have done is sits-ups. We have to get a lot of set-ups as much as possible in 30 seconds. The fourth one that we have done is sit and reach we need to get as far as we could and we need to hold it for 3 seconds. The last one than we have done is grip strength, in grip strength we need to make a lot of grip in over 30 seconds.
